Commercial Exhibitors - if you wish to be a Commercial Exhibitor at the Yuma County Fair these are our requirements. WE NO NOT USE APPLICATIONS, you must follow our instructions.
Send a letter requesting space, indicating what you want, inside or outside space and how much space you require.
List your products that you wish to display or sale.
Send photos and information on your booth setup and product.
Three references of other events that you have set up at.
DO NOT SEND MONEY UNTIL YOU ARE CONTACTED.
Costs:
Commercial Building - 10 x 10 = $400.00, and larger booths go up accordingly.
Outdoor Space - $35.00 per front foot, minimum of 10 foot frontage.
Theatre Building - 10 x 10 = $350
Entertainers - If you would like to be considered as an entertainer during the Yuma County Fair, please submit the following;
Photos, Videos, C.D.'s, etc.
Daily rates.
References of other events you have entertained at during the past year.
